Pavilion Road, Chelsea

Introduction

An exclusive Chelsea neighbourhood with a village-like feel, our mission was to help Pavilion Road amplify its social media reach as a destination for independent, artisan traders.

The Brief

Pavilion Road needed a strong social media presence to reflect its character and style, building a robust brand image and reputation. The social media needed to reach new potential visitors, providing wider recognition as a tourist, weekend and dining destination and increasing awareness of the area for those outside Chelsea.

Strategy

Pavilion Road’s strength lies in its artisan traders and shaded side-street location; it’s a real nook, nestled away from the hubbub of Sloane Square with an exclusive, convivial village feel. Independent shops and delis cater for locals and workers in the immediate area, while its less central location gives visitors to the area the feeling they have stumbled upon something truly precious.

The area’s social media platforms needed to be distinctive enough to allow it to stand out amongst the crowded social media landscape. By nourishing relationships with locals and focusing on producing truly original ‘insider-style’ content – through our photography, research and captions – we were able to help Pavilion Road reach more potential visitors beyond Chelsea, amplifying its status as a hidden gem.

Results

Through vibrant photography shot on location, and our hands-on approach to discovering and sharing neighbourhood news and events, we have been able to create a beautiful Instagram feed for @pavilionroad, alongside insightful Twitter content, elevating the area’s online presence to match its real-world identity.
